Policy Regarding Marriage
Hebrews 13 : 4 declares “Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled: but fornicators and adulterers God will judge”.
We believe that God ordained that a man leaves his mother and father and joins to his wife and the two of them become one flesh. In keeping with Biblical principles and absolutes regarding marriage, we endorse and perform the rites of ordinance of marriage between a consenting and mature man and woman, who produce evidence of no previous marriage where both partners are alive.
Pastor Bernard Joseph has been ordained by the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies, Dominica District and is the holder of a valid license to perform marriage by the Sovereign State of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Upon submission and acceptance of the above records, the parties to be married will be required to undertake no less than forty (40) hours of counseling by Pastor Joseph to be completed over a 6-weeks period. The purpose of the counseling is to present a full understanding of the commitment to be undertaken and to address issues that the parties may have.
